All participants, including invited speakers, are required to register for MPS2010. The deadline for early registration is 23:59 of 31 July 2010, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9). (The fee will automatically change at 0:00 of 1 August 2010.)

Payment:

Registration fee payment is made through the online registration system. Note that we can only accept payments made using major credit cards. In case you cannot pay with credit cards, please contact the conference office:

Late registration is applied to registrations received after 1 August 2010. On-line late registration page will close on 20 August. Late registration is also available on-site at the conference registration desk. For the on-site late registration, only CASH (JPY) is acceptable at the registration desk.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation of Registration, Banquet, Lunch and Excursion must be submitted through the online registration system. Cancellation made prior to 31 July 2010 will recieve a full refund. For cancellations made after 1 August 2010 we regret that no refunds can be made, even in the case of non-participation.
