Information for Presenting Authors
Presenting authors must ensure their presentations are completed within the allotted time scale including time for questions. The time slots are as follows:
30 minutes (25 mins talk + 5 mins questions)
20 minutes (15 mins talk + 5 mins questions)
Poster Board Size: 90 x 210 cm portrait style
Posters must be no larger than A0 size in portrait orientation. Posters should be set up between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 23. Posters must be removed by 10:50 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24.

The Organizing Committee welcomes submissions of abstracts for oral and poster presentations.

Abstract Submission for Poster PresentationsPlease submit "Your Completed Abstract" together with "Presenting Author Details" before June 11 through the online submission system by clicking here.
|Step 1 :||Click here to download the abstract template. Abstracts should be prepared in English according to the instructions given in the template.|
|Step 2 :||Please save your abstract in MS-Word format (.docx or .doc) and PDF format (.pdf). For the filename, please use the full name of the presenting author, e.g. "HidetoMatsuoka.doc" for Hideto Matsuoka. If more than one abstract is submitted under the same name, please add a number to the filename: "HidetoMatsuoka1.doc", "HidetoMatsuoka2.doc", etc.|
- Except for invited lectures, abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. About 25 abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.
- Students are limited to choose only poster presentation. The Best Poster Awards will be selected by an Award Committee from the posters that are presented by students.
- Oral presentations are 20 minutes long, including 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
- Invited lectures are 30 minutes long, including 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
